The cabin sits on 65 acres that offers deer and turkey at your back door (you can literally hunt off the back deck). The western boundary is a ¼ mile from Loafer’s Glory Wildlife Management Area (WMA) which provides thousands of acres of premier deer and turkey hunting. This WMA gets very little attention and is teeming with turkey and trophy deer. The 35,000 acres in the Lower Buffalo River Wilderness is managed by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission as a WMA, and open the public for hunting. The Sylamore National Forest joins the Lower Buffalo River Wilderness and consists of approximately 130,000 acres. This area is home to some of the finest turkey hunting anywhere, along with trophy deer and small game.
