From Little Rock go to Conway. Take Highway 65 north exit (exit 125) towards Harrison and Buffalo River. Go to Marshall (approx. 65 miles through the towns of Greenbrier, Damascus, Bee Branch, Clinton, Leslie). After descending South Mtn. into Marshall, you will turn right on Highway 27. Go approx. 11 miles (pass through Morning Star) to Harriet. At Harriet you will stay left on Highway 14 towards Yellville and the Buffalo River. Travel approx. 3.3 miles and turn right on County Road 61 towards Cozahome (also known as Cozahome Rd. There will be signs to Cozahome and a small green sign for Cozahome Cabin).You will see HAROCO Volunteer Fire Department (new Red Metal Building), Rock Creek Community Center (white siding next to VFD) and a cemetery.(If you see sign to Spring Creek access on Buffalo River, you’ve gone too far!).
Go approx. 3.2 miles to downtown Cozahome (road will turn to gravel about ½ way). Go to the “Y” in the road and bear left on Cozahome Road which is still County Rd. 61. (Make sure you go past the church on the right and blue water tower on your left in Cozahome. Otherwise, you will turn too soon and end up at Loafer’s Glory WMA). There is another "Cozahome Cabin" sign at the Y. From the Y its approximately 1.4 miles to the cabin. Right when you enter Marion County, cabin will be on the left. There is a grey gate and a large “Cozahome Cabin” sign. The cabin has a copper colored metal roof.
If coming from Yellville, head south on Highway 14. You will go past Wild Bill's, then cross Buffalo River and approx. 3 miles after crossing river arrive at turn-off described above. Its just past turn-off to Spring Creek access to Buffalo River. Approx. 22 miles from Yellville. Turn left onto the Cozahome Rd. and follow directions above.
